Q4 How is slag recycled?

Slag is available for construction and other applications such as
the following:

• concrete aggregate
• road-bed materials
• substitute sand
• rough aggregate for hume-pipe
• backfill and so on

Slag can be sold for in Japan.
At the Konan plant in Japan, approx. 6,000t/year of slag was produced, all of which was subsequently recycled.
