PABIO MOVER was co-developed with the Norwegian company, Kaldnes, and uses the fluidized bed to fill the aeration tank with special-shaped plastic carrier and fluidize them over the entire tank.
While the carriers are fluidized, wastewater, oxygen, and microorganism contact with each other to a large extent, to ensure high oxygen supply efficiency for high-load treatment.

- Return sludge is not necessary
Microorganism attached to the carriers in the reactor treats wastewater and return sludge is not necessary.
Excess sludge flows out as small SS and can easily be removed using the sedimentation tank.

Existing aeration tanks and/or unused tanks can be reused to increase usage of the facilities and improve the treatment capacity.
- Backwash is not necessary
Carriers never clog and backwash is not necessary.
